The dress code for our wedding is formal. We ask that guests wear suit and tie, a floor-length gown, a formal cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. As the ceremony will take place on the garden lawn, we recommend selecting footwear with the grass in mind.
Please refrain from wearing white or ivory, with the exception of dress shirts for gentlemen.
No. We ask that all phones and cameras remain put away throughout the ceremony. Our photographers will be there to capture every moment, and we'll happily share those photos with you at a later date.
We adore your families, but we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice gives parents plenty of time to arrange childcare and enjoy a well-deserved night out with us. Thank you for understanding.
Only guests whose names appear on the invitation are invited to attend. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Because we'll be celebrating on a Friday evening and traffic can get heavy, we encourage guests to arrive by 4:30 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, grab a welcome drink, and stroll through the beautiful gardens before taking your seat for the ceremony. We'd much rather you have a few extra minutes to relax than risk arriving after the festivities begin.
Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, and ample parking is available at Curtis Arboretum for guests who choose to drive.
When arriving at the venue, enter via the Church Road entrance and follow signs for Curtis Hall Entrance, which will lead directly to the guest parking lot. If you're using Apple Maps or Google Maps, searching for "Curtis Hall" will bring you to the correct entrance rather than the larger arboretum grounds.
